Mingfa, a 40-meter Benetti, has been sold to an Asian owner.
The yacht is the first to have been sold to its new owner without him having first personally viewed it in person.

The 40,2-meter Benetti superyacht Mingfa was sold through O2xH2O, representing the buyer, and Azimut's official dealer in China, representing the seller.
Mingfa is the first yacht to be sold to a new owner without first being inspected, admired, and tested. Built in 2014 at the Viareggio shipyard as a unit of the Benetti Classic Supreme 132 series, this pleasure vessel features exterior lines designed by Stefano Righini, the architect who passed away last year and who for many years represented the great Azimut-Benetti group and was a personal friend of owner Paolo Vitelli. Her naval architecture was designed by Benetti Spa, while the interiors, which develop on the 346 gross tonnage, were designed by the Nice-based studio Zuretti Interior Design.
The superyacht is characterized by its sleek design, generous exterior and interior spaces, and exceptional comfort. It boasts a 100-square-meter sundeck, refined furnishings, and a distinctive feature, including a steel and teak "aerial" staircase connecting the two decks, both equipped with whirlpool tubs.
The main deck saloon is flooded with light thanks to large windows on both sides; the same deck also houses the six double cabins, all with large windows overlooking the sea, while the owner's suite is located on the upper deck.
Powered by twin MTU engines, Mingfa has a top speed of 16,5 knots and a cruising speed of 14,5 knots.
The sale price of the recently sold 40-meter Benetti yacht has not been revealed, but its current location is known: Mingfa is in Hong Kong and will soon join her new owner in Southeast Asia.
