All the debutants at the 2022 Monaco Yacht Show
The list of the most anticipated innovations in the nautical world at the Monegasque event that will be held between the end of September and the beginning of October

The most important time of the year for large-scale yachting is approaching, and interest in the debuts of specialized shipyards is growing. Twenty-one new yachts are expected at the 2022 Monaco Yacht Show, taking place from September 28th to October 1st in the natural bay of Port Hercules. Below, we list them with a brief description of their features.
The list of 21 new superyachts begins with what will undoubtedly be the highlight of the event: the 115-meter Lürssen Ahpo, commissioned from the German shipyard by an experienced owner primarily for private use and possible select charters. The yacht's exterior lines are designed by the Nuvolari Lenard duo.
Moving up in size, we find the next 88-meter Project X from the Greek shipyard Golden Yacht, featuring a triple-X structure with a three-deck atrium, internal balconies, and a circular glass elevator. The design is by Ken Freivokh.
The Italian Sea Group’s 75-meter Kensho was designed by her owner in 2016, who subsequently oversaw the project in collaboration with Azure Yacht Design and Naval Architects.
The Benetti shipyard will exhibit Triumph, a 65-meter vessel completely customized with innovative solutions to reduce noise and vibration while cruising. Giorgio Cassetta, the designer of the yacht, has already won the Neptune Award at the 2022 World Superyacht Awards in the Displacement Motor Yachts 1.000GT to 1.499GT category.
Next up is Rio, the latest launch from the CRN shipyard. A 62-meter vessel designed by Omega Architects and featuring interiors by Pulina Exclusive Interiors, she boasts a foredeck lounge and a sunset pool, making her attractive to the charter market.
Come Together, the 60-meter Amels launched two months ago, is the first project in Amels's new Limited Edition series, designed by Espen Øino. The first Amels 60 to be hybrid-powered, it features electric propulsion.
The list continues with Lusine, a 60-meter steel yacht from the Dutch shipyard Heesen, with an exterior by Omega Architects and interiors by Sinot Design. One of its key features is the touch-and-go helipad, served by an enclosed, climate-controlled reception area to allow guests to come and go in complete privacy.
Benetti's 50-meter Iryna, delivered in 2021, is the first of 13 B. Now models currently on order and under construction at the shipyard. Her highlights include an infinity pool and a 36-square-meter beach club.
Another 50-meter yacht that will be present at Monaco is Kinda by Tankoa. The fourth unit in the S501 series, the yacht is built entirely of aluminum and is the first of the series to have a forward swimming pool. It has a hybrid propulsion system.
Also in the 50s is the first Mangusta 165 Rev (49.9 meters long), launched at the end of July. The 165 Rev series builds on the success of the previous 165 and is inspired by the design of 30s sports cars. The new Mangusta is powered by four 2600 hp Rolls Royce engines.
From Cantiere delle Marche, the 43-meter Acala has been fully customized by its experienced owner. With its raked bow and compact superstructure, like a sturdy explorer, Acala will embark on long-range cruises to explore the world's most remote destinations.
Custom Line is showcasing its brand new 43-meter flagship, the Custom 140. With its bold exterior lines and residential-style architecture, along with floor-to-ceiling windows, its instantly recognizable Paszkowski design is instantly recognizable. Its debut will actually take place in a few days in Cannes, before heading to Port Hercules.
A 41-meter Baglietto, Attitude, will be the first in the Dom 133 series. It features a limited draft of 2.1 meters, making it ideal for transoceanic cruising with access to shallow waters. Stefano Vafiadis is the designer of this mid-sized yacht.
Maori is presenting its 38-meter Maori 125, launched in June 2022 and now the Italian shipyard's flagship. Designed by Marco Ciampa, the yacht features a huge beach club aft, while Pulina Exclusive is responsible for the yacht's interiors.
Another Baglietto 38-meter full-custom yacht, named Enterprise, will be present at Monaco; its construction required the development of an entirely new platform, which could make the yacht the first of a new series.
The second Benetti on display, this time 37 meters long, is Goga – B.Yond series; conceived by Azimut Benetti Group founder and president Paolo Vitelli and designed by the late architect Stefano Righini. Equipped with a hybrid system for long-range, eco-friendly cruising, Goga has a range of 8.200 nautical miles at nine knots and can reach speeds of 14 knots in "Eco Transfer" mode.
The 36-meter Perseverance 1 from Baltic Yachts is a classic sloop designed by Dykstra Naval Architects and winner of four awards. Named Sailing Yacht of the Year 2022 by Boat International, the yacht stands out for its pilot cutter styling, including a straight stem, 3,8-meter bowsprit, transom, and deep fenders. Low emissions and an environmentally conscious approach to yachting are its strengths.
Sanlorenzo is launching its first and highly anticipated sports superyacht: the SP110. The 33,53-meter vessel will make its official debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival and then be showcased in Port Hercules. A unique, linear, and refined style, with a two-story atrium visible from the aft deck and a deckhouse designed to accommodate solar panels, are among the key features of the Smart Performance 110.
Sørvind, the 32-metre Southern Wind, has an all-carbon construction combined with lightweight materials such as the synthetic teak deck to keep weight low and promote high performance.
From Nautor's Swan, the 24.7-metre superyacht My Son from the ClubSwan series: a racer project created in collaboration with Persico Marine with the aim of offering fast, short-range navigation and comfortable cruising.
And finally, the smallest of the lineup of debutants at the famous Monaco boat show: the 23.87-meter Sunreef 80 Eco from Sunreef Yachts. This fully electric sailing catamaran uses cutting-edge technology to navigate without fuel: ultralight composite solar panels integrated into the hull sides, mast, superstructure, and bimini top allow the photovoltaic system to deliver up to 36kWp.
