Oceanco's Deep Blue II in the water after a 6-month refit at Lusben
A refit involving many aspects of the vessel to make it highly attractive to charter clients. Her summer cruise in the Western Mediterranean is already planned.

The refit of the superyacht Deep Blue II (built by the Oceanco shipyard, delivered in 1996, 43,68 metres long) lasted six months at the Lusben shipyard in Varazze.
Deep Blue II was returned to her owner after undergoing a winter refit program, including a complete hull repainting, interior renovations, and a reconfiguration of the sun deck; works commissioned by her captain and manager, Meo Palmieri.
Particular attention was paid to the sundeck to maximize the motor yacht's market appeal. The work, assisted by the Nattero Engineering Studio in Genoa, included modernizing the bar and barbecue area, installing a new hot tub and movable loungers, and removing a large crane to create more space for guests.
The interior was repainted and new carpeting and upholstery were installed to revive the look and give a sense of lightness, encouraging guests to relax. A marble dining table was also added. The upholstery of the furnishings, both inside and out, and several other interior design projects on this pleasure vessel were handled by the Genoese company Pf Cabib, owned by Dario and Liana Cabib.
Deep Blue II can accommodate up to 10 guests; thanks to the flexible layout, the cabins can be converted from four to five (a convertible VIP suite on the lower deck can be used as a full-beam cabin with an adjacent lounge area or transformed into two separate guest cabins).
The owner of Deep Blue II also took the opportunity to take delivery of a new 12-meter Axopar 37 pursuit boat and a second jet ski. On the technical side, a complete engineering and electronics service was completed.
Deep Blue II is currently available for charter with Edmiston starting from €135.000 per week; she will sail in the Western Mediterranean this summer.
