Martino Del Nevo

Martino Del Nevo is the new chief operating officer of Cantiere delle Marche. "This appointment is part of a restructuring and reorganization process that has become necessary due to the extraordinary commercial success we are experiencing," explains the Ancona-based shipyard.

A graduate of the University of Genoa in Yacht and Powerboat Engineering, Del Nevo earned an Executive MBA from the Polytechnic University of Milan and attended a course in Executive Strategy at Harvard University. Throughout his career, which is remarkable considering his young age, he has gained international and diverse experience in ship and yacht construction, working in Turku, Finland, at Kvaermer Masa-Yards as interior coordinator for some of the largest cruise ships, at ISA Yachts, and at Sunrise Yachts in Turkey, where he became project manager for the construction of the maxi yacht Estel, a 63-meter vessel designed by Espen Oeino.

In recent years, Martino Del Nevo has worked for the two largest groups in the yachting industry, as product manager for Azimut Yachts and project manager for Benetti Yachts and as new projects manager at Custom Line Ferretti Group.

"We are delighted to welcome Martino Del Nevo aboard Cantiere delle Marche and look forward to working together to take it to new heights," said Ennio Cecchini, CEO of CDM. "At a time of significant expansion for CDM, driven by the extraordinary commercial success of its explorer yachts, and leveraging his experience in the yachting industry, Martino will reorganize and oversee operations, strengthening the technical, production, and project management departments and implementing CDM's business processes. To support the COO's new role, CDM is already hiring a significant number of highly qualified professionals."

Martino Del Nevo commented: “I am honored to join the CDM team. I have followed the brand's growth over the years and have always appreciated the quality of CDM's explorer yachts and the shipyard's distinctive approach to building the most reliable and beautiful yachts in the world.”
